About the Role
NinjaTech is looking for a highly skilled Product/UX Designer with strong experience in designing modern digital products, especially AI-driven SaaS applications. The ideal candidate must have excellent command over Figma, UX research processes, and end-to-end product thinking.
Job Description:
– Lead UX/UI design for web and SaaS products, including AI-powered features (LLM workflows, prompts, result screens).
– Conduct UX research—planning, user interviews, moderation, usability testing, and synthesizing insights.
– Create high-quality design assets: wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and design systems.
– Build scalable Figma components, variants, tokens, and interactive prototypes.
– Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to translate requirements into seamless user experiences.
– Deliver clear documentation and present design decisions to internal stakeholders and clients.
– Ensure consistency and usability across the product ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
– 5+ years of experience in Product/UX Design (Portfolio required).
– Strong expertise in Figma—components, variants, tokens, auto-layout, and advanced prototyping.
– Hands-on experience designing for AI/ML SaaS products, including prompt-based features and intelligent interfaces.
– Solid understanding of UX research techniques.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Strong presentation and stakeholder-handling capabilities.
– Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end design cycles.
