Senior UI/UX Designer
Exp: 5+ years | Ahmedabad (On-site/Hybrid)
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Senior UI/UX Designer with 5+ years of experience in designing intuitive, user-centric digital products. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user experience principles, interaction design, and modern UI trends, with the ability to transform business requirements into engaging and functional designs.
The candidate will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experiences across web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
– Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
– Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing.
– Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
– Develop and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
– Ensure consistency in branding, visual design, and user experience across products.
– Collaborate closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
– Work with product managers and stakeholders to understand business goals and user needs.
– Review and improve existing products based on user feedback and analytics.
– Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
– Mentor junior designers and contribute to design standards within the team.
Requirements
– 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX Design.
– Expert proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.
– Strong experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.
– Solid understanding of UX research, information architecture, user journeys, accessibility, and usability principles.
– Experience creating and maintaining design systems and reusable UI components.
– Familiarity with Material Design and Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
– Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is an advantage.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Mandatory).
– Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
– Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
– A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UI/UX projects is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
– Experience working on SaaS, ERP, CRM, E-commerce, or enterprise applications.
– Knowledge of AI-assisted design tools and modern UX methodologies.
